Your analytics choice
Google Analytics is optional. It loads only after you select “Accept analytics”. Selecting “Reject analytics” does not prevent you from browsing this website or contacting us. You can change your choice using “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
We store your choice in your browser for up to 180 days. If you later reject analytics, we stop further analytics collection in that browser and remove the Google Analytics cookies set by this website. This does not delete data already processed by Google.
What website analytics measures
With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, referral sources, campaign links, approximate location, device and browser information, and use of our contact buttons. A contact-button click is an indication of interest, not proof that a message was sent or a booking was made.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, travel enquiry messages or health details to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Arbitrary URL parameters and fragments are excluded from our page tracking.
Analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_ identifiers, distinguish browsers and sessions. Cookies set through this configuration expire after up to 180 days. Browser settings can also block or delete them. Blocking analytics may mean some visits are not included in our reports.

Enquiries by WhatsApp or email
Our contact options open WhatsApp or your email application. A draft message is provided for convenience; you choose what to send. Those services process messages under their own privacy terms.
Information you send to SHANLO TRAVEL is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss travel arrangements. Please avoid sending passport scans, payment details or medical records in an initial enquiry. If particular information is needed for a confirmed service, we will discuss that separately.
Hosting and external services
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and may process technical connection data for hosting and security. Google Analytics, WhatsApp and email services may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy information is available from Cloudflare, Google and WhatsApp.
